Packaging

We have optimised our packaging with multiple wrappings to ensure every towel and its covers are well protected. We always try our best to minimise possible dents of the boxes.

Damages

In case of unlikely event of damages, please takes pictures of the damaged parts. We are happy to resend the respective parts and we are responsible for the shipping charges.

If the product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance, no replacement or refund will be made.

Refund

Once the order and customization are confirmed and manufactured, unfortunately we cannot cater for any further changes of the order.

 

Once the order is shipped, unfortunately we cannot cater for any changes of the shipping details.

 

In case if the courier are unable to get in touch with the recipient and deliver after several attempts, unfortunately we cannot cater for any refund.

However, we are happy to resend the products if they are shipped back to us. The recipient is responsible for the extra shipping charge though.

Invoice

The packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices.

Tax

We will not be responsible for any taxes and fees levied by the destination country.
